The OEM production process

Entrust.Inquiry

  • Provide artwork or product pictures, quantity, delivery date and other information, we can calculate the quotation for you.
  • Inform you of the product type or price range you need, and we can recommend products that meet your requirements.
  • We can regularly recommend products for your reference.

Sample

  • After receiving the artwork, according to the product type and process, the sample can be completed in 1~2 weeks.If there is a modification, we can arrange a second proof.
  • If it is a product with a particularly urgent delivery date, we can make corresponding adjustments in the time from proofing to mass production.
  • We have experienced merchandisers who strictly check every link at any time, and can communicate with customers in a timely manner at the scene of each process, so as to fundamentally eliminate mistakes and avoid delays.

Sample Review. Order

  • According to whether there is any change in the proofing process, the customer will be notified in time if there is any change in the price.
  • If there is no change, the order will be formally placed. If there is any change, submit the final quotation before placing the order formally.

Production. Inspection

  • According to the product type, there will be multiple inspections in the process from raw material to finished product.
  • After the routine inspection in the factory, the final QC team will do the final inspection (needle inspection), and can also accept third-party or customer QC inspection according to customer requirements.
